Anul trecut, am avut inspiratia sa pun vreo 2 kg de visine , la congelator.

Anul acesta am profitat din plin de ele si le-am ” plantat” tocmai in briosele cu visine, pe care le-am gasit descrise pe blogul”ce-retete-mai-fac-fetele.blogspot.ro”, doar ca aici erau facute cu fructe de padure.

Deja am facut reteta asta si cu afine, tot congelate, si am repetat experienta ori de cate ori am vrut ceva fresh, rapid, aromat si pufos.

N-are rost sa va spun ca a devenit cu usurinta una dintre favoritele familiei.

Se pot face si cu capsuni, cirese, orice fructe (taiate bucatele) aveti la indemana si va plac.Cu atat mai bine daca sunt si proaspete.

 

Ingrediente pentru 12 briose:

160 g faina cernuta

3 oua

120 g unt moale, la temperatura camerei

100 g zahar tos

100 -150 g visine proaspete/congelate (lasate macar 30 min la decongelat)

o esenta de vanilie

o lingurita de praf de copt

zahar praf pentru pudrat , la sfarsit

 

Se freaca untul cu zaharul cu o lingura de lemn/ tel /mixer.Se adauga ouale si se amesteca bine, pana la omogenizare.

Se toarna esenta de vanilie in compozitie si apoi faina cernuta anterior impreuna cu praful de copt (asta face ca aluatul sa fie mai putin dens, iar rezultatul final -o briosa mai pufoasa)

esenta vanilieSe pregatesc apoi visinele, lasate la decongelat in prealabil.Daca sunt proaspete, se scot doar samburii din ele si se despart in jumatati.

Se ung formele cu unt (daca sunt din metal , teflon etc) dar daca sunt din silicon , ca ale mele, se omite etapa pentru ca e suficient sa fie unse doar prima oara, cand le cumparati.Oricat le veti spala dupa, ele nu vor inceta sa fie “unse”, ceea ce e minunat:)

Se toarna putin aluat cu un polonic mic,sau cu lingura, in fiecare forma de briosa ( mai putin de jumatate din forma) si se pun cate 3 jumatati de visina deasupra . Apoi se toarna din nou aluat, cam 3 sferturi din forma, ca sa aiba loc si pentru crestere, cand se coc.Din nou punem niste visine deasupra.

Se pun la cuptor pentru 15 min, la treapta 2-3 pe gaz, in functie de cat de tare arde cuptorul,  si la 180 grade C daca aveti cuptor electric.Nu plecati sub nici o forma de langa cuptor pentru ca se coc extrem de repede si  se pot arde la fel de repede.

La final, cand le veti scoate din cuptor, veti observa ca s-au dus toate fructele la fund.Dar nu-i nimic pentru ca puteti pune din nou cate o bucatica de visina, daca v-a mai ramas si apoi sa pudrati cu zahar.Briosele nu vor iesi foarte dulci asa ca nu strica putin zahar pe deasupra.

Nu va ramane decat sa va lasati surprinsi de fiecare bucatica de visina, care se topeste in gura si intregeste gustul dulce-acrisor al acestei retete.
