Am primit o tava frumoasa de silicon, pentru praline, de la niste prieteni dragi din Cluj.

Astazi m-am gandit s-o inaugurez asa cum trebuie cu o reteta conceputa pe loc, dupa pofta si imaginatie.

Am avut in camara 3 feluri de ciocolata (poate chiar 4) niste migdale uitate printr-o punga si niste cocos.Cred ca le putem numi praline asortate.

Ingrediente:

1 ciocolata alba

1 ciocolata cu lapte

1 ciocolata amaruie

cateva dropsuri de ciocolata

cateva migdale sau nuci, alune taiate bucatele mici

o lingura de nuca de cocos rasa

Mod de preparare:

Am inceput prin a praji putin migdalele intr-o tigaie de teflon, fara sa adaug ulei.Le-am intors putin pe o parte si pe alta agitand de tigaie ca bucatarii aia smecheri de la televizor:)

Le-am gustat ca sa vad daca sunt prajite destul.

Pentru ca punga a fost desfacuta de mai multa vreme , la inceput mi s-a parut ca nu sunt asa de bune dar cand s-au  racit au fost extraordinare.

Am asezat bucatelele de migdale prajite in cateva din patratelele din tava, in unele am pus nuca de cocos iar in altele dropsuri de ciocolata.Am lasat si cateva simple.

Apoi am topit ciocolata alba, rupta bucatele intr-o sosiera de portelan la microunde, la 500 W.Daca nu aveti microunde, puteti topi ciocolata la baie de aburi, pe aragaz, la foc foarte mic . Nu amestecati, lasati ciocolata sa se topeasca in voie.

Este important ca ciocolata sa fie una de calitate, altfel s-ar putea sa aveti surprize si sa nu aiba consistenta dorita.Mai ales cand vine vorba de ciocolata alba.Daca vedeti ca se intareste , adaugati o lingura de lapte si subtiati ciocolata ca s-o puteti turna in forme.Daca nu aveti incredere in calitatea ciocolatei albe pe care o aveti,mai bine lucrati numai cu ciocolata cu lapte si/sau amaruie, e mai usor asa pentru inceput.

Apoi am turnat ciocolata in jumatate din patratelele din forma ca sa mai ramana loc si pentru ciocolata amaruie.

Am pus tava intr-o caserola cu capac si am bagat-o la congelator pentru 10 min  ca sa se intareasca.

 

Am topit apoi si ciocolata amaruie si am turnat peste ciocolata alba.Am lasat loc si pentru ciocolata cu lapte.

 

 

Apoi din nou la congelator pentru  cateva minute, tot in caserola cu capac ca sa nu-si ia miros de vinete coapte sau ce mai avem noi prin congelator:)

Dupa ce am topit-o si pe cea cu lapte, am completat fiecare patratel din forma pana cand le-am umplut pe toate.

Din nou le-am pus in caserola si la frigider cu ele, de data asta, pana a doua zi.

Cand vreti sa le mancati, este bine sa le lasati putin sa se inmoaie la temperatura camerei, macar 5 minute, se topesc in gura, nu alta.

Drept sa va spun ies destul de dulci, in functie si de ciocolata, mi-au ajuns 15 bucati mie si colegilor de la lucru:)
